Market Yard in Pune to remain shut on October 11

To condemn the violence in Lakhimpur Kheri, the traders associations have decided to observe bandh at the Agriculture Produce Market Committee on October 11. This will also be in support to the Maharashtra bandh called by the Mahavikas Aghadi.

The traders association at the Chatrapati Shivaji Market Yard in Gultekdi announced that all fruit, potato, onion, vegetables markets will remain shut on October 11. The traders have also appealed to the farmers of not bringing their produce to the Market area in view of the bandh. 

Essential services supply shall not be affected in the bandh, informed the association.
