Massive Accident of Car & Two Wheeler on Old Mumbai-Pune Highway; No Casualties Reported
On 13th September, an SUV car and a two wheeler bike collided fiercely near HP Petrol Pump at Somatne Phata on Old Mumbai-Pune Highway.
Speaking to Pune Pulse, Prashant Aradwad, Assistant Police Inspector, Talegaon Dabhade Police Station, said “On Wednesday morning (13th September), an SUV Jeep car & a bike collided with each other on the Mumbai direction lane at Somaatne Phata. Due to this, traffic was jammed for some time. As soon as the police arrived to the spot, the entire traffic was cleared immediately.”
As per further information from Aradwad, two people on the collided bike are seriously injured & are being treated at a nearby hospital. The police are investigating the matter further.
