Movie screening of Gangubai Kathiawadi held by MSVF

On the occasion of International Women’s Day, Manjett Singh Virddi Foundation had organised a special movie screening of Gangubai Kathiawadi for the Ladies of the Night, the women who work hard at the construction sites and slum dwellers from Pune.

We had 230 women who graced the special screening on 7 March 2022 at Inox Multiplex Bund Garden.

The organiser said, “It was heartouching to see these women as it was their first time for many of them to walk into a multiplex in their entire lifetime. They were welcomed with flowers and chocolates. They also relished popcorns, wafers and sandwiches while watching the movie.”
