Mumbai Pune Expressway : Two hour traffic block to be held on December 7
Traveling on Mumbai-Pune expressway? Know ‘this’ decision of police to avoid traffic jams
Two hour traffic block to be held on December 7 on Mumbai-Pune expressway due to gantry installation work on Khandala to Mumbai side from 12 pm to 2 pm.
As per further information, under the Highway Traffic Management System on Yashwantrao Chavan Mumbai-Pune Expressway, installation of gantry in Vadgaon area and in Khandala area on Mumbai side will be done by the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) on 7th December from 12 pm to 2 pm.
During this period, the vehicular traffic, plying on the Mumbai side on the expressway, will be diverted on the old Mumbai-Pune highway through Kiwale bridge.
The vehicular traffic, coming from Pune to Mumbai old highway, will be diverted back on the expressway from Kusgaon toll naka.
The block will be held on every Tuesday and Thursday till December 21, 2023. Those traveling from Pune to Mumbai must leave early in the morning, it would be beneficial to take the route towards Mumbai before the block starts.
