Police investigations revealed that Dinika was driving without a valid license and at high speed, which led to the accident. Meanwhile, the truck driver fled the scene without assisting the injured, violating provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act.
Based on CCTV footage and witness statements, police arrested the truck driver and filed charges under sections 106(1), 281, and 125(1) of the IPC, as well as sections 3 and 134(a)(b) of the Motor Vehicles Act.
