NIA raids 44 locations in Maharashtra and Karnataka 

13 arrested in ISIS terror conspiracy case following NIA raids in Maharashtra, Karnataka. 

A total of 13 people were arrested in the ISIS terror conspiracy case from Maharashtra’s Pune on Saturday following searches by the NIA at 44 locations in Karnataka and Maharashtra. 

The arrests came after the investigation raided 44 locations in Maharashtra and Karnataka in the case related to a conspiracy by the global terror group ISIS to carry out terror attacks across the country.

The team raided these locations with police forces of Maharashtra State, Karnataka. The NIA team has been carrying out extensive investigations to foil the terrorist outfit’s plans to spread terror and violence in India.

Of the total 44 locations being raided by the NIA since this morning, the agency sleuths have searched 1 place in Karnataka, 2 in Pune, 31 in Thane Rural, 9 in Thane city and 1 in Bhayandar.
