Pardeshi, Sawant lift titles at PMDTA Ranking ITA Trophy Bronze Series boys and girls under 12 group tennis tournament 

Pune, January 8, 2024:

Luv Pardeshi,  Janhavi Sawant claimed titles in the Boys and Girls Under 12 event respectively at the PMDTA Ranking ITA Trophy Bronze Series boys and girls under 12 group tennis tournament organized by Pune Metropolitan District Tennis Association  (PMDTA) supported by KPIT and SOLINCO and played at Intensity Tennis Academy tennis courts, Kharadi. In the boys Under 12 event, fifth seeded Luv Pardeshi upset third seeded Harsh Nagwani 5-3, 4-1 to claim the title, while in the girls event,second seeded Janhavi Sawant upset top seeded Vaanya Agarwal 4-1, 4-1 to emerge champion.The winner and runner up got a trophy and certificate. The prizes were given away at the hands of Nitin Dholepatil, Owner of Kapila Resorts. Atul Deodhare of Intensity Tennis Academy and PMDTA Supervisor Tejal Kulkarni were present on the occasion  Results: Boys Under 12: final Round: Luv Pardeshi(5) bt Harsh Nagwani(3) 5-3, 4-1;Girls Under 12: Janhavi Sawant(2) bt Vaanya Agarwal(1)4-1, 4-1.
