A bizarre video has gone viral on social media showing a man taking a bath inside a train, leaving netizens both amused and angry.

In the video, the man can be seen standing outside the train’s toilet area, wearing shorts and pouring water over himself using a mug and bucket. He continues to bathe and even applies soap on his body, seemingly unconcerned about the passengers around him who watch in disbelief.

The video, reportedly shot by fellow passengers, quickly gained traction online. Many social media users condemned the act, calling it “against the dignity of public spaces” and a violation of railway cleanliness norms. While some reacted with humor, others demanded strict action from the Railway Protection Force (RPF).

Responding to the incident, the North Central Railway issued a statement confirming that the man seen in the video was identified at Veerangana Lakshmibai Jhansi Station. During questioning, he admitted to performing the act solely to gain social media popularity by creating a reel.

The RPF has initiated legal action against the individual. The railway authorities have also urged passengers to refrain from such inappropriate behavior that causes inconvenience to others and violates public decorum.
