The Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) has included 4 fire fighting vehicles to its fleet.

As per further information from X handle of Bhosari MLA Mahesh Landge “In order to strengthen the city’s fire fighting system, PCMC has planned to include new advanced fire fighting vehicles. First batch of 4 vehicles added to the fleet.”

Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation is implementing various activities in order to strengthen the fire-fighting system of Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation. In accordance with this, 15 new fire fighting vehicles are going to be inducted into the fleet by the Municipal Corporation. 4 of these vehicles have arrived today and these vehicles were inaugurated today by PCMC Commissioner and Administrator Shekhar Singh at the main building of the Municipal Corporation in Pimpri.

On this occasion, Additional Commissioner Pradeep Jambhale Patil, Ulhas Jagtap, Deputy Commissioner of Fire Department Manoj Lonkar, Assistant City Engineer of Mechanical Department Babasaheb Galbale, Chief Security Officer Uday Jarande, Disaster Management Officer Omprakash Bahiwal, Executive Engineer Kailas Diwekar, Assistant Commissioner of Education Department Vijay Kumar Thorat, Special Officer Kiran Gaikwad, Fire Officer Rushikant Chipade etc were present.
