Pune: Shekhar Singh, Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) Commissioner has taken to X (formerly known as Twitter) asking everyone for solutions related to technology & data science to upscale civic infrastructure work. Â Â
As per information from the Official X handle of PCMC Commissioner Shekhar Singh, “Looking for in-depth suggestions and ideas on how we can scale up #PCMC civic infrastructure service delivery leveraging new era technologies & data science. I strongly believe that the next-generation technologies, including #AI and deep data analysis, have the potential to significantly enhance the efficiency of #PCMC. They can enable more proactive measures, efficient planning, and execution, ultimately benefiting both the city and its residents. As we step into this era of advanced technology, it’s crucial for us to proactively explore avenues to improve administrative services and address your concerns effectively.”
Netizens have also responded to this with users suggesting to update PCMC’s Sarathi grievance system to resolve issues in each ticket within a maximum of 10 days, to have a faster & better user interface (UI), to have a dashboard showing different projects/works & their up to date status and more.
