PCMC makes registration of private health care staff mandatory for Covid19 vaccination

In a message shared by the municipal corporation, it stated that Covid-19 Vaccination Registration for Private health Care Staff – which includes (All Medics, Paramedics, class 3 and 4 persons from admin office, eg. Receptionist,  PRO, Housekeeping services etc., Technicians eg. Xray, blood bank, lab , etc. Drivers for ambulances and security staff. Please include all persons working in Hospital and Clinics in this registration drive.     

Steps for Registering 

1. In Play Store or App Store download PCMC Smart Sarathi App.  
2. After downloading press forward button five times 
3. Log in if you have already used this app before if not register yourself in the App. 
4. To register use your mobile number or email id. Once you have registered you shall receive an OTP. After this you will get a form to fill. Complete the form and the process of registering yourself shall end. 
5. Open feed link. After opening this link you can click on Covid19 vaccination registration health care staff fill in details of HCW (doctors and nurses) 
6. Private medical, dental, pathology, physiotherapy, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Nursing colleges as well as students and other staff memners. 
7. Vaccine is not mandatory but registration is compulsory. 
8. All the database shall be uploaded on Cowin app for information collection for the app. 
9. It is expected that all details shall be duly filled on the Smart Sarathi app before December 10 , 2020 till 12 night. 
An appeal was made by the health department of PCMC recently.
