PCMC to organise a waste management exhibition
To bring the concept of zero waste into reality, Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) is taking all possible ways and methods to make citizens aware and involve them in the clean city programme.
Pimpri: To make the citizens aware of the methods of waste processing and the different systems related to it, Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation is organising a free solid waste exhibition at Auto Cluster Exhibition Hall in Chinchwad from January 20 to 22 from 11 am to 7 pm. The exhibition will showcase details as to how to keep home, society and the environment clean, with detailed information on the latest equipment for waste processing.
At the exhibition, many companies involved in the processing of solid waste will be participating to give information on waste management, technology awareness and waste processing and recycling by citizens, businesses and large societies. Also, guidance and demonstration will be shown on how to convert the daily waste generated at home into biological fertilizer.
To bring the concept of zero waste into reality, Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) is taking all possible ways and methods to make citizens aware and involve them in the clean city programme. Therefore, all citizens, commercial organizations, housing organizations, voluntary organizations and savings groups are requested to visit the exhibition by PCMC and see the manufacturing equipment and its demonstration.
