Societies to be created as a containment zone if it js found that there are more than eleven Covid19 positive patients

The rising COVID19 has become a sign of worry as a result of which the civic body and the state government has swung back into action. According to the information provided by the Commissioner of Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation, Rajesh Patil, the housing societies which would have more than eleven positive patients, would be declared as a containment zone.

“The housing societies must take care of all the guidelines and the precautions prescribed by the civic body and the state government,” said Rajesh Patil.

Additional information by the commissioner suggests that “18 – 60 age group are maximum exposed to COVID19, as they supposedly visit the most public and crowded places.”

The civic body may also tight the grip on the hotels and the night curfew. As many as eighteen hotels have been booked with the help of Pimpri Chinchwad Police for violating the night curfew regulations.
