Pimpri Chinchwad: In a shocking incident in the Pimple Saudagar area of Pimpri–Chinchwad, a koyta gang carried out a violent attack on a momo shop late last night, allegedly demanding an extortion amount of ₹4 lakh.
The entire incident was captured on CCTV cameras. The attackers were seen storming the shop and creating chaos. During the attack, they also vandalised a customer’s car parked at the spot, causing significant financial damage.
Following a complaint filed by the shop owner, Sangvi police took swift action and arrested all three accused involved in the extortion attempt and assault.
