PM follows the path laid by Saint Tukaram, says Fadnavis

Modi was in the city on Tuesday to inaugurate Saint Tukaram temple in Dehu

Leader of Opposition, Devendra Fadnavis heaped praises on Prime Minister Narendra Modi while addressing a gathering at a temple event in Dehu.

The Dehu temple in Pune was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday. 

“ PM Modi is following the path laid down by Saint Tukaram Maharaj. The slogan – Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas –  has been followed by the Warkari sect for many years. The PM is reaching the masses through this,” said Fadnavis.

Fadnavis also spoke about how Saint Dnyaneshwar Maharaj had laid the foundation for the slogan and Saint Tukaram Maharaj had made it popular.

“Tukaram Maharaj fought against superstition in the society. PM Modi is marching on the same path for the welfare of the society and the country,” he said.
