PMC begins with Door to door vaccination facility for bedridden patients

Pune Municipal Corporation has started a door to door vaccination facility for those who are bed ridden due to medical conditions or age related disorders. 

If you have any such person at home who is unable to move out for vaccination below is how you can communicate to the PMC and ask them for a home visit. 

How to apply in PMC for vaccination of bedridden patients ? 
1. Doctors certificate is mandatory for such patients who are bedridden people. 
2. A letter from the doctor that the patient is medically fit to take the Vaccination.

3. Patients relatives consent letter that the patient shall be taken care of. 
4. These documents shall be sent on email id : [email protected]
5. Covaxin vaccine is available with PMC. 
6. After scrutinizing the documents, the PMC shall inform the nearest date and time for vaccination. 
7. Complete information of the patient should be mentioned, respective of his name, contact number, address, etc.
