Pune: As a part of awareness campaigns about G-20 summit meetings happening in the city, Pune Municipal Corporation organised a session with school and college students on January 10.
A total of 1800 students from three schools and three colleges participated in the event where experts gave information on various subjects related to the summit. The purpose of the event was to make students aware of the working procedures, objectives and structure of the G-20 summit.
The educational institutions that participated in the session are Rajiv Gandhi E-Learning School, Shamrao Kalmadi School, VIIT School, MIT College, Kothrud; Modern College and Symbiosis College.
During the interaction, Justice and Sustainable Development, Eco-Friendly Lifestyle, Women Empowerment, Digital Public Infrastructure and Technology Enabled Development, Global Food and Energy Security, Climate Change, Green Hydrogen, Development Cooperation were discussed.
