PMPML to celebrate December 22 as ‘Pravasi Din’

Pune: The ​​Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Ltd (PMPML), is going to celebrate “Pravasi Din’ (Traveller’s Day) in every Pune bus depot on the second and fourth Friday of every month.

As per information from PMPML, in order to eliminate the shortcomings in the bus service, to make the passenger service more people-oriented and to get valuable guidance from the passengers, ‘Passenger’s Day’ will be celebrated on December 22 (Friday) from 3 pm to 5 pm at every bus depot in Pune.

On the occasion of ‘Pravasi Din’, the guardian officers appointed for each depot will be present in each depot on this occasion to listen to the issues of the passengers. Also, the passengers who, due to their daily work, cannot come to the depots, can register their complaints, suggestions etc at the main bus stands and pass centers of PMPML.

Hence, the PMPML is appealing to as many passengers as possible to participate in the ‘Pravasi Din’ initiative & get all issues, complaints resolved and also make suggestions and more at their nearest PMPML depot.
