Prashant Jagtap appointed as NCP Pune city chief
Prashant Jagtap, Pune Municipal Corporation Corporator Prabhag 25 Wanawadi Ramtekdi and former Mayor of Pune city was appointed as city president for Nationalist Congress Party on May 7, 2021. The appointment was announced by Jayant Patil, president, Maharashtra Pradesh Nationalist Congress Party recently.
The appointment letter was handed over by Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra Ajit Pawar on Friday May 7 2021.
Earlier in the last week, Chetan Tupe, MLA Hadapsar constituency had resigned from the post of city chief citing reasons of workload to resolve issues of the citizens living in the constituency.
