Prof. Sanjay Dhande conferred with Doctor of Science (Honoris Causa)

Pune, 29 December : Prof. Sanjay Dhande have been recently conferred with honorary doctorate – Doctor of Science (Honoris Causa) by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (formerly Uttar Pradesh Technical University), Lucknow on 16th December 2021. The AKT University is a Government Technical University.

The degree was given by Her Excellency Smt. Anandiben Patel, Chancellor of AKTU Lucknow and Governor of Uttar Pradesh. Professor Dhande was also the Chief Guest of the 16th Convocation on December 16, 2021 at Lucknow. This is the Fifth honorary doctorate degree conferred to Prof. Sanjay Dhande. Prof. Sanjay Dhande is Distinguished Professor of Savitribai Phule Pune University and presently Coordinator for Centre for Energy Studies, Savitribai Phule Pune University. Vice Chancellor Prof. Nitin Karmalkar, Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof. N. S. Umarani, and Registrar Prof. Praful Pawar, Prof. Aditya Abhyankar, Prof. Subhash Ghaisas, Prof. Kiran Deshpande, Prof. Shankar Patil have congratulated Prof. Sanjay Dhande for the honor.
