Property card issuance to plot owners to be completed within a year, announces Shambhuraj DesaiÂ
State minister for excise Shambhuraj Desai in the legislative assembly session held yesterday, March 10 announced that the issuance of property cards to the plot owners will be completed within a year. Pimpri Chinchwad New Town Development Authority has been merged with Pune Metropolitan Development Authority but still many plot owners are yet to get the property cards for the same. Under the PMRDA, the acquisition of plots has remained incomplete which has led to delay in property card issuance to the plot owners, but soon this process will be completed, announced state minister for excise Shambhuraj Desai in the Legislative assembly yesterday.
Bhosari MLA Mahesh Landge had raised this issue in the assembly.
Desai stated that So far, 8,300 plots have been allotted to citizens on 99-year leases. This facility will be completed soon after a joint meeting of the concerned departments.” Soon, a joint meeting will be held and the process will be completed.
