Pune : 2 people thrash a man in Chinchwad; steal money

Pune: Two people thrashed a man from Nigdi near Chinchwad Bus Stop for no reason and they also stole cash from him.
As per information on August 27 at 10 o’ clock in the night, the victim, a resident of Nigdi, was standing near Jayshree Talkies, Chinchwad bus stop.
At that time, the accused, identified as Shrikant aka Dnyaneshwar Galfade & Swapnil Ughde, without any reason, physically abused the victim by beating him on the face, head and back with punches, waist belt and stones. Both the accused threatened the victim and asked him not to report the matter to the police. They also took away Rs 1,300 forcibly from the victim.
Nigdi Police have registered a case against the 2 accused under Sections 394, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
Further investigation of the matter is going on.
