Pune, January 27, 2026: Pune Airport has secured the first position in the Airports Council International (ACI) Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Survey for both Q3 (July–September 2025) and Q4 (October–December 2025), registering an exceptional score of 4.96 out of 5. The achievement highlights consistently high passenger satisfaction and excellence in service delivery.

According to airport authorities, the top ranking reflects the collective efforts of all airport stakeholders, including frontline staff and operational teams, who have worked towards enhancing the overall passenger experience. From seamless operations to improved customer service, Pune Airport has maintained high standards across key performance parameters assessed in the global survey.

The milestone has also been attributed to the strong leadership and continuous support of the Hon’ble Minister of State for Civil Aviation and Cooperation, Shri Murlidhar Mohol. His proactive approach and focus on aviation infrastructure and service development have played a significant role in elevating service standards at the airport.
