Pune : Bavdhan Senior Citizen File Case Against Restaurant in Balewadi For Deflating Tyres

Pune: The air from the car tyre of a senior citizen belonging to Bavdhan was removed forcefully outside a restaurant in the Balewadi area on September 3.
According to the victim, requesting anonymity & the FIR filed, on September 3, the victim, along with 2 friends, went to Balewadi High Street. She parked her car on the street in front of a restaurant called ‘Two Sticks’. The owner of the restaurant came and asked them to move the car. They told the owner that there is neither a no parking board nor a board which says the parking space is reserved for hotel customers.
However, the restaurant owner was reluctant to not let them park their vehicle. Meanwhile, another person from the restaurant immediately started removing the air from the front tyre of her car. He threatened them by saying that if she leaves the car here and there, he would remove the air from all 4 tires. So, she parked her car elsewhere.
After this, the senior citizen filed an FIR on September 4. A case has been registered under Sections 506 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). Further investigation is going on.
