Pune City Youth Congress Demands Re-conduction of NEET-UG ExamÂ

The Pune City Youth Congress on Friday had participated in the protest by being up in the arms , demanding for the re-conduction of the *NEET* – *UG* *EXAMINATION* with increasing slogans against the *Union* *Government* and the *National* *Testing* *Agency* *(NTA)*.
Saurabh Amarale, the President of Pune City Youth Congress, expressed his disappointment, stating, “The government’s perspective towards the repeated paper leaks is shameful. This isn’t just our plea; it is echoed by students and parents across the country. We are united with the students during this challenging time.”
Ajay Chikara, the Secretary of Pune City Youth Congress, voiced his concerns, stating, “The government needs to quit messing around with the students’ future and avoid plunging India’s promising future into uncertainty. The dedicated students face numerous challenges in their preparations. Will the government prioritize the students’ well-being when making decisions?”
“As the NEET scam has been the latest and the largest scam series which has an effective and the most disturbing news affecting the lives of millions of students. We are raising our voices against the Government to stop the uncovering of scams in every examination from Talathi recruitment to UPSC.
This shows that the Government has no Seriousness and the NEET EXAMINATION should be reconducted. The Youth Congress will escalate the protest across the state” these were the words by the Youth Congress Leader Akshay Jain.
The NEET – UG examination which was held on May 5 2024 , has been bogged down in controversy , with the proclamation of cheating and impersonation.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) , which conducted the exam has also faced serious criticism leading to protest and legal actions.
