Pune Customer Alleges Finding Worms In Instamart Delivery, Claims Inadequate Response From Support Team
Pune, June 13, 2026: A customer has alleged that a recent order delivered through Instamart contained worms inside the package, raising concerns over product quality and hygiene standards.
The customer had ordered eggs, milk, shampoo and sugar.
According to the customer, the issue was reported to the platform’s customer support team, but only a refund of ₹53 was offered. Dissatisfied with the response, the customer claimed that the compensation did not adequately address the seriousness of the complaint.
The customer further stated that when the delivery executive was informed about the issue, he reportedly responded that it was “not his concern.”
The customer has appealed for the matter to be brought to the attention of the Instamart and Swiggy management teams, seeking a more thorough investigation and appropriate action regarding the alleged incident.
