Pune, March 17, 2025: The Ganga Florentina Society in Mohammadwadi, Pune, hosted a heartwarming Dawat-e-Iftaar event on Saturday, 15 March, bringing together residents from all walks of life.
The iftaar gathering, which took place in the society’s basketball court, was a grand success, with all residents of Mohammadwadi invited to join in. What’s remarkable is that the entire event was organized without utilizing the Cultural Fund or seeking contributions from residents.
The evening began with the offering of namaz, followed by a sumptuous dinner. The event provided a wonderful opportunity for residents to bond and strengthen community ties.
The organizers deserve praise for their efforts in hosting a memorable and inclusive event, which reflected the spirit of Ramadan and the values of community and compassion.
