Pune : Fire breaks out at scrap center in Undri

Today, a fire incident occurred at the “M.K. Scrap Center” in Hole Vasti, in Undri area of Pune. Firefighters acted swiftly to contain the blaze, preventing any casualties.

The local residents informed that the incident took place near two major schools and the lane where the panels are located is a narrow lane and would have caused major mishap. There are also major school buses parked in the lane that would have been a major hindrance for the emergency vehicles to reach the spot.  

Fire brigade personnel from Kondhwa fire station were present to contain the fire.
