Pune : Maharashtra MSME Defence Expo inaugurated in Moshi

‘Maharashtra MSME Defence Expo 2024’ was inaugurated in presence of Devendra Fadanvis,Deputy CM,Maharashtra, Chandrakant Patil (Minister Higher Education),Uday Samant(Minister,Industries),Shrirang Barane(MP),Ganesh Nibe(Knowledge Partner of Expo and President,NIBE Limited),Dr.Harshdeep Kamble,Lieutenant General Ajaykumar Sing,Air Marshal Vibhas Pande,Satyanarayan Nuwal,MLA Ashwini Jagtap,MLA Mahesh Shinde,Kishor Dharia.Defence MSMEs like Max Aerospace,NIBE Limited signed MOU with state Government in this inauguration function.
Devendra Fadanvis said,’State Government will bring updated Aerospace,Defence Manufacturing Policy which was first introduced in 2017.It will support supply chain in this sector with formation of 4 defence manufacturing clusters .Maharashtra will lead manufacturing of defence equipment .’
Expo is scheduled on from 24th to 26th at Pune International Exhibition and Convention Center (PIECC) in  Moshi,Pune .It is a unique first-of-its-kind event by the Ministry of Industries(Maharashtra Government) supported by  Defence Research and Development Organisation(DRDO).NIBE Limited is Knowledge partner for this Maharashtra MSME defence expo .Ganesh Nibe,Founder and Managing Director of NIBE Limited presented vote of thanks in this inauguration ceremony.
L&T,Solar,Tata Advanced systems,Bharat Forge Limited are strategic partners for this Expo.The ‘Maharashtra MSME Defence Expo’,  will witness the participation of the Armed forces, Defence PSUs , Ordnance factories,Defence MSME companies.NIBE Limited  and other defence MSME Companies are showcasing their products and technologies in this Expo,where information will be given to visitors,Engineering Students and citizens.Visitors can visit these stalls in between 10am to 6pm
