Pune Metro Services to Be Partially Suspended on Holi: Check Timings and Details
Pune, March 12, 2025 – Pune Metro services will be partially suspended on March 14, 2025, due to Holi (Dhuliwandan) celebrations. As per an official announcement, metro operations will remain non-operational from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM on the festival day.

On Friday, 14th March 2025, Pune Metro services will be available from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM only. Passengers are requested to plan their travel accordingly.

Services will resume as usual from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, ensuring smooth evening and night travel for commuters. The Pune Metro administration has expressed regret for the inconvenience caused and urged passengers to plan their journeys accordingly.
Reason for Suspension
Holi, the festival of colors, sees large gatherings across Pune, with people playing with colors and water. The temporary suspension is aimed at ensuring passenger safety and preventing potential damage to metro infrastructure during the celebrations.
Metro Advisory for Commuters
Authorities have requested citizens to cooperate and make alternate travel arrangements during the morning hours. Pune Metro has assured that all services will be back to normal in the afternoon.
