Pune News: 21-Year-Old Biker Dies In Tragic Accident In Kondhwa; Run Over By Tanker
Pune Division Sees 13% Drop in Road Accidents and Fatalities in 2024
Pune, February 1, 2025 – A fatal accident occurred at 4:15 PM on 31st January ,in front of ICICI Bank on Kondhwa Main Road, near Yash Tower.
The deceased has been identified as Kaif Sameer Arkar (21), a student residing near Ajmera Hotel, Kondhwa Khurd, Pune.
Kaif Arkar was riding his two-wheeler from Lulla Nagar Chowk towards Jyoti Hotel Chowk when he was hit by a four-wheeler.
Due to the impact, he fell on the road and was tragically run over by the rear wheels of a tanker resulting in his death.
A detailed investigation is underway, informed Kumar Ghadge, Senior Inspector Kumar Ghadge, Kondhwa Traffic Division.
