Pune News : 22 year old man booked for vandalising vehicles in Wanowrie

A 22 year old man has been booked by Wanowrie police on Saturday, March 26 night for allegedly vandalising vehicles parked along the road side, said police.

According to police, they have identified the suspect as Piyush Marote, a resident of Wanowrie and as per police he is jobless. Hunt of the accused is going on. Police told that, on Saturday late night at around 2:30 am, suspects vandalised five to six vehicles including cars, auto rickshaw, motorcycles parked along roadside.

Senior Police Inspector Bhausaheb Pathare said, “By taking help of technical analysis we have identified suspect who vandalised parked vehicles at the midnight of Saturday and ran away. We have identified him and our teams are on their way to nab him soon.”

Police officials told that accused Piyush Marote is unemployed and police told that he had heated arguments with his family members over his behaviour and in a frustration he vandalised vehicles parked along roadside in Wanowrie.
