PMC to Auction 32 Properties in High-End Areas Over Tax Default

Pune: As per the recovery order issued by the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority in Pune, Solitaire Palms and other properties will continue to be classified under Group No. 286, located at Moshi, Dehu Moshi Road, Borhadewadi, Taluka.
The additional tahsildar of Pimpri Chinchwad informed that the public auction proceedings, scheduled on December 13 have been called off. It aimed to recover an amount of Rs 29.53 lakh from Haveli. This decision was made through an announcement and written notice, in accordance with the provisions of the Revenue Act, 1966.
Solitaire Palmas, along with several others, has lodged an appeal with the Maharashtra Real Estate Appellate Tribunal in Mumbai. In accordance with the court’s ruling on November 28, the complaint order issued by MahaRERA has been remanded for a renewed decision.
