Pune News : Fabricated shed collapses at under construction site of Lodha Bella Vita in NIBM Annexe
In an incident that occurred today afternoon at the NIBM annexe’s Lodha Bella Vita construction site, a fabricated shed collapsed sthe construction material banged on the slab and fell down on the drive way of Ganga Florentina society.
The society residents informed that a few residents escaped from the incident unhurt. The construction material being carried to the higher floors fell on the metal structure. The material fell from 25th floor of the building, informed the residents. A resident of Ganga Florentina complained that a few children playing cycle fortunately escaped unhurt or else a serious mishap would have happened.
Another resident complained that the slab collapsed on the society’s drive way. A car owner had just entered the parking area and the slab collapsed. This negligence would have led to a very risky accident today. Residents are now questioning whether the safety guidelines were followed by the builder or not.
When Pune Pulse contacted the officials from the Lodha builders office none of them spoke about the incident and informed Pune Pulse that the official spokesperson would speak about the incident details. No one contacted Pune Pulse till the news was published by the newsportal.
