Pune News : Sasane Garden Visitors Frustrated with Accumulation of Muddy Puddles and Gravels
For a long time, a lot of mud and water has accumulated at the entrance of Sasane Garden on B T Kawade Road in Wanowrie. Garden visitors tend to slip & fall due to it.
Speaking to Pune Pulse, Prakash Argade, a regular visitor to the Sasane Garden, said “Sasane Garden is such a big garden developed by the PMC for a better routine for the health of the people. However, for many days, the main gate from where everyone enters the garden is getting mud and water. Even after many elderly people have fallen, the administration still has not paid attention. We urge the PMC to take relevant action about this & clear the mud & water from here.”
Kalinda Punde, Former Local Corporator, Wanowrie Prabhag 25, Pune, said “By contacting PMC garden department & all other relevant departments, I will ensure firstly that the water & mud accumulated are removed immediately &, secondly, the repair work of the Sasane garden entrance patch will be done so no water or mud would accumulates again here.”
