Pune News : Tree Plantation Drive Held in Tuscan Estate Miyawaki Forest In Kharadi

Pune – On Saturday, July 8, 2023, an impactful event took place in the Tuscan Estate Society located in Kharadi, led by Dr. Umesh Bakane and a dedicated group of Tuscan Estate members, including Mr. Sen, Mr. Phiroz, Mr. Agrawal, Mr. Birla, and Mr. Mahatme Kharadi.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from both youth and children, with equal engagement from men and women. The well-planned initiative proved to be a resounding success.

The tree plantation drive received a significant boost from the active involvement of the youth and children within the community. Their energy and enthusiasm were contagious, inspiring the entire community to participate in this noble cause. The event was made even more special by the valuable contributions of individuals such as Surendra Pathare from Kharadi, who planted a Keshar Mango tree, and Atul Dwivedi, who planted a Shami and Peepal tree.

Additionally, S. Birla planted a Pippal and Kadamb tree. The Viman Nagar EcoWarriors group, represented by Anna Dragonette, John Samson, Mini Sivashankar, Monika, and Vinayak, also joined the effort by planting a large Peepal tree in the forest. The Principal, Mrs. Reena Pardeshi, from Dhole Patil College of Engineering, was present to witness the plantation drive.
