Pune, March 21, 2025 – A heated argument over parking in Pune’s Kondhwa area escalated into a violent altercation, with two men attacking each other with sharp weapons. The incident, which took place in the Kausarbaug locality, was caught on video and has since gone viral, causing widespread concern in the area.
The two individuals involved in the brawl have been identified as Ganesh Subhash Rakh Pasre (32) from Kondhwa Budruk and Afak Shaikh (30) from Mitha Nagar, Kondhwa. Both have filed complaints against each other following the attack.
According to police reports, the dispute began when Ganesh parked his car in front of Sana Hospital in Kausarbaug. Afak, who arrived at the scene shortly after, confronted him over the parking issue, leading to a heated argument. Within minutes, the altercation turned violent, with both individuals attacking each other using sharp weapons.
Both men sustained injuries and were taken to Sassoon Hospital for treatment. Kondhwa police have arrested both individuals and are conducting further investigations into the matter.
