There are 9 kilometers of concrete roads and 91 kilometers of asphalt roads. This work will be done only where repairs are needed without asphalting a road continuously. As per the information, about 100 kilometers of roads in the city will be improved. In order to eliminate the bad condition of the roads in the city, the Pune Municipal Corporation had assigned the task of reporting it to a private organization. The Municipal Corporation has planned to fix roads of about 100 km distance in different parts of the city.

After the repair work, any kind of excavation will be strictly prohibited on this road. The roads of the city are being inspected by an independent team and work will be started immediately on the roads where there are potholes.
