Pune : PMRDA extends deadline to register for E-auction of 120 shops in Bhosari Peth

Pune: The Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) has extended the deadline for the registration of the E-auction of 120 shops in Bhosari Peth. As per information from the official Twitter handle of PMRDA, the registration deadline earlier was till July 12, 2023 which has now been extended to July 24, 2023 till 5 pm.
The 120 shops are arranged inside the private plan no. 12 at Bhosari Peth, home to 4,800 homes. The registration process for the 80-year lease of these shops has already begun. This e-auction will offer shops with a minimum size of 10.36 square meters and a maximum size of 23.09 square meters.
Shops will have a base selling cost of Rs 8,55,000 and the highest selling cost of Rs 19,07,580. The registration and application download processes have already begun.
