PMRDA Launches E-Auction Of 30 Land Parcels On 80-Year Lease In Pune And Pimpri ChinchwadÂ
Pune, October 20, 2025: The Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) has announced an e-auction for 46 plots across its jurisdiction, formerly under Pimpri-Chinchwad New Town Development Authority. The plots will be leased for 80 years.
Registrations and bid documents can be downloaded online from October 16 to October 30, 2025.
The plots include 3 for educational use, 11 for commercial and public utility purposes, 1 for medical use, 1 for public amenities like libraries or music schools, 1 facility center, and 29 amenity plots.
