Pune: PMRDA Officers to Meet Citizens Every Monday and Thursday to Address Grievances

Pune, April 29 — In a move aimed at avoiding inconvenience to citizens and improving accessibility to senior officials, the Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) has announced that all department heads will be available in their offices to meet citizens every Monday and Thursday.

This decision, taken by PMRDA Commissioner Dr. Yogesh Mhase, is already being implemented across PMRDA departments. It aligns with the government’s 100-day action plan, which includes various administrative measures to improve public service delivery.

The initiative ensures that citizens can directly present their issues and concerns to senior officials without unnecessary delays. It is also intended to strengthen coordination between citizens and the administrative machinery across PMRDA’s jurisdiction.

To facilitate field visits and inspections of development works, Wednesdays and Fridays have been reserved for site inspections by the officials. Citizens can meet officers under department heads every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM. Lunch breaks are fixed between 1:30 PM to 2 PM.
