Pune: Maharashtra State Cabinet Approves Six-Lane Highway From Hadapsar To Yawat, Project Cost Worth Rs 5262 Crores
Mumbai | April 29, 2025 — In a significant development for Pune district’s infrastructure, the Maharashtra Cabinet chaired by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has approved the construction of a six-lane elevated road and expansion of the existing road between Hadapsar and Yawat. The entire project has received a financial sanction of ₹5,262.36 crore, aiming to boost regional connectivity and reduce traffic congestion along this key corridor.
The decision was announced after a Cabinet meeting held at Mantralaya, which was attended by Deputy Chief Ministers Eknath Shinde and Ajit Pawar, along with other ministers.
