Pune : PMRDA to hold e auction of 120 shops in Bhosari Peth

Pune: The Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) will conduct an e-auction of 120 shops in Bhosari Peth area.
As per the information, the 120 shops are situated within the residential scheme no. 12 at Bhosari Peth, home to 4,800 residences. Registration for the lease of these shops for a period of 80 years has already begun. Shops of a minimum area of 10.36 sqm and a maximum of 23.09 sqm will be available in this e-auction.
Shops will have a minimum selling price of Rs 8,55,000 and a maximum selling price of Rs 19,07,580.
Registration and the process to download the application has started. It will be open till July 12, 2023 5.00 pm.
Interested people can register on the following website: https://eauction.gov.in. The e-auction process will commence on August 10, 2023, at 11 am.
