Along with 41 chowks & junctions and 30 accident-prone areas in Pune, the Pune Municipal Commissioner Vikram Kumar & Pune Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar will inspect the 15 roads being developed by the Municipal Corporation. 

Several junctions of the city including Pune University, Wagholi Junction Katraj Chowk, Mundhwa Chowk, Hadapsar Gadital Chowk, Khadi Machine Chowk, Warje, Lohegaon Chowk, Vishrantwadi Chowk and more will be inspected initially.

A joint meeting of the PMC and Pune Police was held at the Pune Police Commissioner’s office regarding traffic congestions in the city. In this, both administrations have decided to work together to resolve traffic issues.

On this occasion, the traffic problems of the city were presented. There was a discussion on what measures are required for it. On this occasion, the Commissioner of Pune Police responded to the presentation and instructed the police officers to take the measures suggested in it immediately.

After taking these measures, its report was also asked to be submitted in the next meeting. At this time, it was decided to conduct a joint inspection of 41 junctions and 30 accident-prone areas in the city.
