Following a nationwide uproar about the recent Kalyani Nagar Porsche car incident, Surendrakumar Agarwal’s home was raided by the Pune Police early on May 25.

According to the information received so far, the driver was sitting next to the child when the accident took place. After the accident of the Porsche car, the minor accused was found in the clutches of the local people on the spot but the driver, Gangaram Poojari, went to Agarwal’s house where he was detained by Surendra Kumar Agarwal and wasn’t allowed to speak the truth. It is alleged that Surendra Kumar and Vishal held the driver captive for two days. A case has also been filed in this regard.

 He is expected to appear in court today. With this, the custody of Vishal Agarwal will again be taken over by Pune Police.

Surendra Kumar Agarwal, the grandfather of 17-year-old Vishal Agarwal has confessed to giving the keys to his grandson, repeatedly mentioning that he is a minor.
