Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to deliver speeches at six rallies in Maharashtra, supporting over ten candidates from the Mahayuti alliance, as the Lok Sabha elections progress towards their third phase on May 7. On Monday, Modi will begin his campaign stops in Pune, Solapur, and Karad.

In Solapur, he will support BJP candidate Ram Satpute at a public meeting. Satpute faces a strong challenge from Congress candidate Praniti Shinde. Following that, Modi will visit Karad to campaign for BJP’s Satara candidate Udayanraje Bhosale, who is the 13th descendant of the legendary Maratha king Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.

The Prime Minister will also hold rallies in Pune for several candidates including BJP’s Murlidhar Mohol, NCP’s Sunetra Pawar from Baramati, and BJP’s Shivajirao Adhalrao Patil from Shirur, along with Shiv Sena’s Shrirang Barne.

Chandrashekhar Bawankule, the President of the Maharashtra BJP, expressed that these rallies are crucial for boosting the morale of the party workers and turning the political tide in favor of the BJP.

Continuing his campaign trail, Modi will speak at rallies in Malshiras, Osmanabad, and Latur on Tuesday. At Malshiras, part of the Madha parliamentary constituency, his focus will be on supporting BJP candidate Ranjeetsinh Naik Nimbalkar.

Addressing the Prime Minister’s concentrated efforts in Maharashtra, Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut criticized, stating, “Prime Minister Modi has already held 27 rallies in Maharashtra. He is focusing intensely here because the BJP fears losing in this key state.”
