Pune Railway Division generates 89.98 crores from passenger revenue in June 2023

Pune railway division has been generated Rs. 89.98 Cr. from passenger revenue in June 2023 , increase by 15.7% over corresponding month of June 2022 which was Rs. 77.74 Cr. Number of originating passengers in June 2023 is 43.9 Lakh, increase by 32.8% over corresponding month of June 2022 passengers were 33.1 Lakh. 

In terms of ticket checking revenue for June 2023 Rs 2.65 Cr. has been received, increase of 16.10% as compared to June 2022 Rs. 2.04 Cr.

The division has achieve revenue of Rs 1.09 Cr. in the month of June 2023 from commercial publicity, increase of 10.2% as compared to June 2022 Rs. 0.99 Cr.            

Division has earned revenue of Rs 33.36 Cr. by transporting 101 goods trains in June 2023 comprising 54 of automobiles, 26 of petroleum products & 21 of sugar rakes.  

54 rakes of automobiles loaded in June 2023 fetching revenue of Rs. 10.44 Cr., 51% increase against 45 rakes of June 2022 & revenue Rs. 6.91 Cr. 26 rakes of petroleum products loaded in June 2023 fetching revenue of Rs. 8.31 Cr., 109% increase against 22 rakes of June 2022 & revenue Rs. 3.97 Cr.     

The guidance of Divisional Railway Manager Indu Dubey , Additional Divisional Railway Manager Brijesh Kumar Singh and result of the active efforts under the leadership of Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Dr. Milind Hirave, Senior Divisional Operating Manager Dr. Swapnil Nila had played pivotal role in these achievements .
