Pune, July 31: In anticipation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi‘s scheduled visit to Pune tomorrow to inaugurate various development initiatives, popular schools from Camp, Kalyani Nagar and Koregaon Park have taken a proactive step.

The schools have decided to conduct online sessions for primary and pre-primary students to avoid any disruptions caused by the expected traffic during the Prime Minister’s visit. The decision was communicated to students and parents through email.

During the visit, the schools will hold online sessions from 8:30 am to 12:00 noon, with the pre-primary section concluding classes at 11:00 am, according to a school in Kalyani Nagar.

To facilitate smooth online classes, the schools have advised students to ensure that their login ID and password credentials are up-to-date and functional.

Kajal Patel, a parent of a Class 6 student, shared, “My children, one in Class 6 at Bishops School, Camp, and another in Class 4 at St Mary’s, will be attending online classes tomorrow.”

Another parent from Kalyani Nagar mentioned that the school informed them about the online classes for tomorrow due to the scheduled visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

This decision comes as a proactive measure by the schools to ensure the continuation of education while mitigating any potential disruptions caused by the Prime Minister’s visit.
