Pune: Wagholi school peon booked for showing porn video to 10 year old
On 19th April an incident took place with a 10 year old when the Peon of a school allegedly showed Porn Video to the child.
According to the FIR, the accused asked the youngster if he liked films. After that, he convinced the youngster to come to the school restroom so he could watch a movie.
The youngster resisted going with the peon and left the area when the accused attempted to coerce him. In accordance with Section 12 of the Prevention of Children from the Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, the police have detained the defendants and begun an investigation.
The complaint filed by the student’s mother states that the accused asked the boy whether he liked movies and asked him to accompany him to the toilet which the minor refused. When the accused tried to force him, he ran from the spot.
The boy’s mother has filed a formal complaint.
