The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) Pune has predicted that for 11th November (Saturday), there are chances of sky remaining partly cloudy in Pune. However, from 12th to 16th November, chances of clear skies might be there.
IMD Mumbai issued a warning at 1500 Hrs today about thunderstorm accompanied with lightning and light to moderate spells of rain with gusty winds reaching 30-40 kmph very likely to occur at isolated places in the districts of Pune, Raigad, Thane, Nasik, Ahmednagar and Satara during next 3-4 hours. Take precautions while moving out.
As per further information from the X handle of Dr Anupam Kashyapi, Head, Weather Forecast Division, IMD Pune, “SE-ly wind still brings moisture over south-central Maharashtra. Goa, Sindhdurg, Ratnagiri, Kolhapur, Satara, Sangli, Solapur likely get isolated thunder, light rain today. Pune city/district likely to get very light rain. Tomorrow onwards, rain will reduce sharply. Night temp fall from 11th.”
IMD Pune has further predicted that for 10th November, cloudy skies would be there with chances of rain.
